Even though I'm watching this two months later, this calmed me a lot and I could slightly relate to it because I almost had an anxiety attack at school during p.e, and the people in my class, including my teacher, weren't helping either since they only heightened my anxiety.
*The story:*
Basically, we're in our volleyball unit and I'm not that good at volleyball, so when we were supposed to do the solo person passes and sets, I didn't hit on either of them, and the possible team captains kept laughing at me (mainly the boys and they were all jerks, to begin with. I know each of them personally so.~). My teacher (who is also my algebra teacher) didn't help either because he kept openly talking about my performance issues in front of crowds and my stage fright (mind you, I'm an introvert who has bipolar disorder and gets anxiety and/or panic attacks very often when put under too much pressure or if I'm in front of big crowds doing something I'm not confident doing). Anygay, my teacher later pulled me to the side and said that if I kept performing like that, then no one would want to pick me for their team and we'd have a problem (even though it's his job to assign me to a team if I'm not voluntarily picked for one). Anygay, I almost cried and had to calm myself down by focusing on something else, and I was sad for the rest of the period and even 3 hours after that.
*TL; DR:*
I almost cried and had an anxiety attack because my classmates and teacher were being jerks. I really wish I had punched them in the face because they have very punchable faces. :]
