There is another survivor house on the northern of 3 roads, you will find the centennial house - a pensioner's home with medical aid. To the west of that are 3 houses with a large parking yard, one of which is barricaded. (Trying to translate American to English :) ) I did not see, but the camper van might need natural gas or propane on board to cook, and water for washing. Which you possibly fill from tanks you find. But they are nice for multiple storage locations.
That or or ore or oar (sorry couldn't resist) is doing great. Infinite durability? oar is that not in the game yet? I don't know if they are doing spoofs on real things or using the real things. USMS is the US Marshal Service, they are the enforcement group for the Dept. of Justice. USPS, US Postal Service, is our mail. Great series, thanks!

Not sure if it needs gas to use the cooker but it wouldn't surprise me if it did, given the details already in the game.
Dude, the place above that store has a washer & dryer. In my game, those are a luxury. 13 houses to find a washer. Haven't found a dryer yet.

Durability is in the game weapons etc will break
I found a shotgun in that gun case in the bar and grill. Make sure you search the gun case and not the bookcase after picking the lock.
