Forager - NEW Updated Skill Tree Path

- This video will go through the new updated skill tree path in forager! The forager update has removed and changed certain skills so I decided to go through and discuss these changes. There are many different routes you can take with the skill tree, but the one shown in the video seems to be the best skill tree order!

hey im fairly new to forager ! i really love this video it helped me alot. Can you maybe please make some form of a guide of what to aim towards as you level up in forager and what not... i play the game but get overwhelmed quite quickly and end up giving up cause i dont know what to do

You can get hide from killing animals
I was dumb a never got magic until like level 26 but I was focused on gathering
is this not updated or why take some of the strongest early game skills later on?

between 7:48 and 7:50 you got 2 new skills on the right you never told us to pick em.. casino machine and the other one on the right, we pick em or not?
I mentioned in the video I only unlocked those to show you the changes that have been made in regards to digging and lighthouses. In my "final part" video that I just posted I go through when to unlock those skills. Hope this helps!

The optics skill
is the "pet" skill useless?
To get marketplaces you need leather so should I get sewing first
I unlock trade so you can access banks. As soon as you access banks the sewing skill is unlocked so you can get leather as shown in the video :)

It doesn’t add the shovel the shovel already is there in the forge
lighthouses don’t really effect shoveling by the way
because I broke one star fragment with a few lighthouses around and got 500 pieces

lighthouses do effect shoveling just not sand but still gems
Actually the Farming skill doesn't unlock shovel, it's already unlock at the beginning, just as soon as you can make an anvil, also would want to inscription skill early because of the unlocking and upgrading book give more exp which speeds up getting the skills you want. I consider to not waste one skill fishing since getting fish, seaweed, and the occasional sand faster isn't worth if you get the artifact that collects them automatically and get combat skill since it also effects your pickaxe damage meaning less swings to stuff. While put the other two you did for Farming and Renewal to either gambling or the more recommended alchemy so you can get inscription early on for more exp.

I hate the fact I cannot spare the smiling beets on console and that might be the achievement which makes me feel like complete and total garbage. I feel like I'm killing a Care Bear/80's Strawberry Shortcake/80s Rainbow Brite. (I misspelled fact and had to edit this post to fix that.)

You still have a problem, because you need lether for the market, but you can´t get it :D

shouldve gotten sewing first and then markets because you cant make markets unless you unlock sewing

You can’t get a market unless you have sewing skill go get leather.. so you should get sewing first then market

Dont bother with this game unless you enjoy holding your left mouse button for 20 hours straight and getting stuck and random bs all day long
i'm on level 18 and i unlocked market but i have no leather!! I've only seen two cows so far!!! helppp
You need to kill the CowPigs so that they can drop hide. I found out the hard way - kept hitting the poor thing by mistake while mining nearby. 😅 But i think that there is a better way to get hide considering they produce other things so killing them doesn't make sense...but then again desperate times...? 🤷♀️😅

When I unlocked the trade skill I just went through what the market does. As soon as you unlock sewing skill you can start crafting that leather to build a market.
