Sending a shipment with DHL Express is easy. With our simple-to-use shipping tools you can print out your own Waybill and book a collection.
Once our courier has collected your shipment, it enters the dependable DHL Express network. Your shipment will first be sorted at a DHL Service Centre, before travelling on to a DHL Hub where it is sorted for onward travel, so that your shipment can be loaded onto a DHL aircraft.
The information needed for Customs clearance is sent automatically to the final destination so that your shipment is free to be delivered on touchdown. Many of our international shipments pass through DHL’s European air hub in Leipzig, Germany. There, the shipment connects with another flight. DHL’s extensive global network means that your shipment is handled by DHL throughout its journey and you can track your shipment at all times with our online tracking tools.
On arrival at destination, your shipment is scanned and sorted for domestic delivery at a DHL hub and local Service Centre, before completing its final mile delivery. The DHL Express courier ensures that your shipment is delivered safely and signed for.

I for one am happy with DHL. I ordered a product from Malaysia to USA. It took 2 days for the package to arrive! Amazing!

I order regularly from Japan to my home in London and the deliveries never take more than 2 days unless there's a public holiday and even then it only adds an extra day! I have actually had deliveries from Tokyo to London that took 23 hours in total!

As someone who deals with couriers for work on a daily basis it can be very frustrating with the things that go wrong. But when you take a step back and think about it, it’s quite impressive how the majority of parcels do get delivered on time. Logistics are so messy but also kinda cool.
I ordered my goods from Japan and it was delivered to me in Thailand in 2 days. DHL is so cool !

On the 6th of June I ordered two items from Japan to my house in London. The item from Amazon Japan took 4 days from order placed to order delivered to my house via DHL express shipping. The other item from a different company took 32 days via EMS express shipping and Parcel Force!
They promised 4 day delivery, I am waiting a 3000$ package with express over 9 days.

When people don’t respond they are usually lying
You forgot about the part where you will state that you tried to deliver the package but "no one was home" despite the customers being home the whole day with proof that you never attempted a delivery, the part where you deliver to the other side of the country for some reason despite the delivery address being very clear and stated multiples times in multiple different ways, and the part where the driver will literally open up the packages and steal your stuff.
Do they try to contact you by your email or your phone number by any chance?

DHL is my preferred shipping carrier when shipping from asia or middle east to US. Very quick with accurate tracking updates. Always on time.

respect to dhl.. Every time I order from newegg it ships with dhl express and gets delivered to me in saudi arabia in just 3 days wow. People living in the US don't get shipping that fast

No idea how all these issues happen to you guys who are complaining, but over 5 years, all my express from one end of the world to the other never took more than 3 days. Could it be the vendor/your sender? Whenever a merchant of mine uses DHL, I couldn't be happier tbh.
Same here! I buy regularly from Amazon Japan which uses DHL and I have never had an issue but have had items picked up from Tokyo and delivered to me in London in less than 24 hours!

I’m absolutely amazed at how fast DHL shipped my package. My package came from the Netherlands, was transported to Belgium within like 3 hours, and 30 hours later arrived at my doorstep all the way up in north of Norway. Incredible honestly.
They are amazing! The process happens so fast. My package isn't meant to be here until the 16th of January, but the process is happening quicker than I expected!

Wow that’s crazy. I just had a package from Japan from initial pickup to landing in my state here in the US take 20 hours! It really feels like they care and want to get your package to you as fast as possible.

dang bruh I had a $150 package from dhl never leave Germany and had to be reshipped by the seller. as of now its still in Germany lmao, I'm in the U.S.
Sellers print waybills which shows they shipped the item when really all they did was print a waybill. I have had 4 recent orders where they did this, did not ship for several days or weeks. Waybills should be invalid after non-receipt by carrier in 24 hrs

Never used DHL before, but received my package from China / Hong Kong in about 2 days to Norway. Of course the shipping and toll is expensive, but 48 hours delivery is almost good to be true.

I live in London and order from Amazon Japan regularly and once the item has been picked up by DHL and providing it goes through Narita, which has direct flights to Heathrow, I have had the item delivered within 24 hours! Even if the delivery goes through Kansai it still only takes a couple of days to be delivered, although I'm still not sure why it has to go through Hong Kong and Germany first. I love the full tracking facility and when it gets picked up by the local DHL courier I can even follow their actual delivery route live as it happens, which is so cool!

@@winstonbengat4690 Depends which airport it leaves from Japan. I'm in UK and all my Tokyo deliveries have flown from Narita direct to London Heathrow but Kansai is Hong Kong, Leipzig then East Midlands Airport. I've had Nagoya take the same route but Yokohama ended up at Luton Airport.
Tsu 800 cool, how did you know which airport they are going to? I ordered mine from Yokohama Japan, then it went thru Tokyo, then HK but hopefully it will be delivered to Doha, Qatar directly. It makes a little sense why your package need to go thru Germany since you live in UK.
And I also have a problem with my other ordered item, it only says “shipment information receive” and its like that 8 days now, so I dont know how fault is that, its also being handled by DHL.
@@winstonbengat4690 It tells you on the DHL tracking page where it is during it's journey and there are various other tracking websites you can use too. Tbh I don't know why your package has been delayed because I have never had problems like that before but the corona virus could be causing delays.
I always ordered things from Japan and the merchant always send it via DHL,it always goes to HK then to Dubai then to Oman :) it took a week.

DHL is the worst. I live in Canada and ordered a package from China. It went from China, to Canada (but a couple provinces away), then went to GERMANY and then to my province in Canada. No wonder it was 2 weeks late.

@@evanbourgeois6606 If you have the tracking number you can follow where the package is during it's journey which will give you an idea when it will be delivered and you can sign up to email and text alerts to tell you the most important statuses of the package and on the day of delivery they will alert you when it has been picked up by the local courier and you can even follow the courier on their real time map! If you aren't going to be in on that day you can arrange to have it redelivered or left at an alternative location.

My package was delivered to the wrong house and was delivered to the North side of the street when my address is South. Those neighbors then kept my package and they don't answer the door when we went to try and retrieve it. I am getting another replacement sent to me and I am afraid DHL will mess up again. :(

Last year it went through Hong Kong from Jakarta and straight to San Francisco and was on my doorstep the same day. THIS time. Pontianak, to Jakarta to Dubai to Frankfurt to Cincinnati to San Francisco to Stockton to Fresno then on my door step. 11 more days. I asked the driver why covid 19 has it so re routed, he said not covid. Just weather delays. OK. Modern aircraft . WTH. Any ways. Got my parcel. No complaints other than time.

Does DHL transport packages on weekends? I mean as regular work, not delivery.
Found the answer, Yes. DHL transports packages during weekends. Each package handling operation is logged with date and time, and can be found in the history tree of each package by entering the packages tracking number at dhl website. Handling operations of packages will occur on weekends.
Hello everyone. I have a question. I am expecting a package carried by DHL from the USA to Europe. Last Sunday, September 6, the DHL tracking of this package had two entries: "Electronic Notification Received" (at h. 16.21) and then "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE" (at h 16.22). Since then, this package has been EN ROUTE for one week. And what makes me worry even more is that in the tracking system of the shipper (i.e., the forwarding agency MyUS of Sarasota, Florida) there is no entry relating "departure from origin sort facility" (while this entry appeared in the tracking of other recent packages I got from MyUS).
My question is: does anyone know if "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE" and "EN ROUTE" means that DHL is actually in possession of this package and is actually carrying it? Or is this package still stuck in the warehouse of MyUS in Sarasota? Thank you in advance.

There is no message or email coming to us if there are some issues on our shipment. If I will not monitor or track our shipment, maybe our shipment will stay in the custom clearance for life! I need to message and ask help to the DHL personnels if what is the problem on our shipment why it was held for so many weeks and even months. I should have done other tasks in the office rather than monitoring that shipment. Simply shows that we cannot fully trust to this DHL! Their job is to ship the goods, pick-up the goods from the shipper and deliver to the consignee. And if there are some issues, they should be the one to inform it to the people who will receive the goods! My God! Dear DHL, please assign somebody to send an email to the receiver/consignee if there are some issues needed to attend to on their shipment!!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds like an issue with customs not DHL.
Yep they disturb you by email to say parcel in its way. Then they email again to say delayed but I can track it. Highlighted tracking number iphone tries to call when you oress it. Damn even ebay link through email works. So then you get to the tracking part of the page located right at bottom of page weirdly and all it says is, package collected, at the deluvery depot or out for delivery. Useless info. How hard is it to operate that professionally. I would prefer to see a map with dot showing parcel. Then estimated time it will be. Bet you after they deliver they dont email to say congratulations its been delivered.
