looks clean and the ingredients look prepped and stored properly.

Just publicity. I went there and waited for 10 minutes, for someone to respond. There was no one at the billing counter, no manager, just 4-5 kids on another table, just chitchatting. Seems I was the only customer.
I gave a shout out trying to grab attention, then after 3 attempts, one of the kid gets up and goes inside and gets a man to serve. Who disappeared for 15 minutes. Then the guy comes with my order and dumps it before me, without cleaning the table and serving water.
The food was so full of chillies, that I could hardly eat it. Probably revenge for disturbing them.
After whatever, I could eat, went to the counter to pay. It seems that same kid was the owner / cashier.
I suffered loose motions and acidity for 3 days afterwards.
Honestly, I wished, I had not walked in.
