As context: most movies that enter japan are usually dubbed by japanese VA.
In the case of Disney animated movie, they usually make different versions of the songs in many different languages.
The japanese version usually is in very high quality and the singers are usually very good.
Added to the high quality of japanese VAs, the japanese version of Disney animation is another experience than the original English counterpart.

At the end of their career i hope they get credit for who they really are. Because the avatar you play getting all the credit is kinda F-d up.
That is just an attention seeker's nightmare. No matter who she is, the fact that she made all this effort for this "avatar" and only within the industry knows about it is enough. If ever she reveals herself years from now and claim all the glory and achievements of her "avatar" it will just invalidate all of the efforts she made which is very meaningless. She is building the career of Hoshimachi Suisei, not hers and she knows that. Same for other holomems, they know that.

How is it messed up in any way? Hololive provides each of them with the resources to become successful, and they can carry that momentum when they split off and become independent, as we've already seen in the past (Yuuki Sakuna, Dooby, Mikeneko etc.) Literally none of the top talents would be nearly as popular or successful without Hololive support, and we can see that by looking at their indie numbers before joining Hololive.
