Nike alphafly is one of the best running shoes for races ever. Some of the fastest times are ran in them. I get how cooperations spend most time advertising and not good products and i hate it but nike running shoes like vapor and alpha fly are the best. Clearly you never ran in them or know much about shoes

These shoes are not for everybody… heavy pronators will have issues. This is for a midfoot striker or light heal striker… they take a bit to get used to but they are awesome

Me acabo de comprar esos para el Maraton de agosto, yo sabía que los tenis nuevos los debes usar dos meses antes para que se moldeen, en la tienda me dijeron que estos no que con una semana. ¿Tendrás alguna recomendación al respecto ?

Lo suyo es que no estrenes calzado en la competición. Hacer un par de días de entrenamientos de calidad/intensidad con ellas previos a la competición es lo suyo. 2 semanas antes, con dos días suficiente.

Pues para competiciones podrían servirte estas Alphafly 2, ya que tienen mucha estructura. Para el uso diario buscaría zapatillas tope de amortiguación tipo Vomero 16, tipo Bondi de Hoka, Asics Numbus, etc. Un saludo.

Pues a ver... la mía debe llevar 200km y yo la veo intacta. Aunque depende mucho del peso de la persona, de la forma de correr, etc. Pero está como nueva. Por lo menos de aspecto... por dentro lógicamente habrá perdido densidad.

Abbiamo fatto un semplice test da campo sull'ampiezza, abbiamo trovato un guadagno di circa 4cm al passo (a velocità molto piu' elevate di 3.30)

Pues alguna con un buen soporte plantar. Pero si tienes el pie plano lo mejor sería acudir a un podólogo deportivo para que valorase utilizar plantillas deportivas.

For race I prefer Alphafly 2. For training I prefer Novablast.
Novablasts are solid… I am comfortable racing about 15k in the AF2’s. They are rigid and tend to put blisters on my heal even though I wear socks.

Hola Santiago. Son dos zapatillas muy diferentes de sensaciones. Las Adios pro 3 son zapatillas de perfil más bajo, más duras y rígidas y que se notan más reactivas. Más parecidas a las voladoras tradicionales.
La Alphafly, en cambio, es de un tacto más blandito y es una zapatilla que se nota más alta.
Ambas zapatillas son espectaculares.

Pues creo que tienen mucha durabilidad. No sabría decirte ya que las uso para entrenamientos puntuales y competiciones, con lo cual la durabilidad es de muchos meses. Quizás 500-600 km los aguantan perfectamente. Un saludo.

Peso 85 kg, que tenis recomiendas para una carrera de 5 K los Adidas adizero boston 11 o estos tenis que portas en el video (Nike ZoomX Alphafly Next%2)?
Para la competición es más indicada la zapatilla del vídeo, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es algo especial en su horma. La parte del puente del pie se clava. Yo en pruebas de hasta media maratón no tengo problemas, pero en maratón acabé con una llaga en el puente del pie.
Las Boston 11, también hay un poco de todo. Gente muy contenta y otros no tanto, porque su horma es estrecha y algo especial.
Quizás sería cuestión de utilizar algo más fiable, tipo Nimbus 25, More v4, que son mucho más equilibradas aunque no tengan placa de carbono.

Yes, no problem. But for that distance, you have more suitable shoes like the Adidas Takumi Sen, Nike Streakfly, Asics Magic Speed 3, or New Balance SC PACER.

Those were $275, now they're $285. They aren't for everyday or slow runs. They are for race day or speed workouts.

For this use, I do not recommend it. Nike Streakfly or Adidas Takumi Sen 9 would be much better options. Streakfly is softer and more comfortable, while Takumi Sen 9 is more responsive and has a harder feel.
