Fr though, "Reposition" should be in base kit. And replaced with a talent that makes transporter cleanse CC. "Beam me up" should be a shield or DR for 2s after using transporter.

The fact that’s she’s very map dependent and comp dependent and you need to be really good with her to get any value while the sustain meta is making everyone survive two shots just makes her unable to play

Heal from TP should be better. Feel a flat out number would be better but idk. Feel her tp, using reposition, has a very slight delay which ruins it.

She's not map dependent
She's not a primary sniper
I rock a 4.62 with her at level 101
I play her more like a flanker.. I'm highly aggressive with her.
So if you see another kinessa chasing you down to get in your face. It's probably me
