There are some requirements and steps : 1) Has R2 job level 70. *Excluding Bard 2) Complete sub quest about Akashic Weapon 3) Do Akashic Weapon Quest. Take the weapon corresponding to the job you use, then upgrade the AW until it evolves to UR/4 Star 4) At Outside Tower you can talk with the blue hair npc to take the pretest once you have done with the three requirements above. 5) Done with pretest, you will find the R3 jobquest at Kaho. 6) Do and clear the R3 jobquest and finally the R3 will available to play!

How do I get another rank 3 job? I only have the Bard job and I'm already level 88. What should I do to get another job?
