thats what i keep saying, my dad tried to hit me with the " you dont know mike" shit. i train 4-5x a week, i know what body wear and tear is... one punch to that head and its lights out, he can look good on a bag all he wants lol. I see it on these old guys in my gym. I keep telling this dude that father time does not stop for anyone.. ESPECIALLY in the sport of fighting.
