Wire Accessories in a UTV - Fixing a sloppy job

I bought a used RZR 4 900 in December and one of the first projects I wanted to tackle was the wiring. Unlabeled wires were going every direction, extra lengths of wire were left un trimmed and coiled up. I basially did not know what wire was going where. This video is the start of the journey of cleaning up the wiring in the RZR and understanding what goes where.

Fuse block 12 way will help alot

Depending on where teh acessory is.. you can scuff alittle paint, pilot hole and self tap your own ground.. so that way you dont have to run a ground from the back/mid point of the machine.. to the front Bus.

I don’t have power at the bus bar when I turn the acc position. Do you know what causes that

You need the busbar harness. It does not come with rzr's just ordered mine from Ebay since the shipping is faster than Polaris and Amazon. Hope that helps.
