There are 48 cards in Series 5. 401-424 are the sparkly NPCs. 425-448 are the villager cards and there aren’t really any rarities. The symbol in the left hand corner is what animal they are (except on specials). The Sanrio characters also unlock their furniture sets when you use the amiibo. You can invite the NPCs to the coffee shop in the museum or to the photo studio on Harvs island. You -can- decorate houses if you have the expansion “Happy Home Academy” 😊
You can invite the Sanrio characters to move to your island also
so the sparklly ones are all npcs (so they arent villagers they are in shops etc) but once you open the coffee shop you can use the card to invite them to have coffee with you. and with the expansion you can make them a vacation home. the sanrio cards you can scan in one per day and once you do you can have that furniture and clothing to buy though the little atm machine.
Lottie is an otter.
Gulliver is the captain of a ship that gets washed up on the shore of your island
Tom Nook is a Raccoon dog
Shino is a deer. Tom Nook is a Tanuki. Lottie is an river otter.
You can invite the regular characters to your campsite. If they come 3x and you give them what they request, You can invite them to stay.
Sanrio you invite them once and it unlocks their furniture in the Nook Shopping app.
Also if you buy the DLC you can design vacation homes for the characters.
Shannon if you have not played Disney dreamlight valley yet you would LOVE it! I love it! So much to do. Let me know if you try it
You’re so lucky over there in the UK we only get 3 cards per pack. Sparklie ones are non playable characters
You can’t play with the “sparkly ones” anywhere because they NPC basically computer characters.
Sasha its a male rabbit, I guess they use a Russian male name that its Sasha for it
The Sanrio villagers give you the furniture as a purchasable item! You can also invite them into your island/town!
i was sable for halloween a few years ago. i love her. every time you go in the shop try to talk to her. she eventually warms up to you and gives you patterns you can use in your diy
For the hello kitty cards when you scan the character in their furniture will be available in the app on your nook phone or you can go into the town hall when Tom and Isabel are and find them on the kiosk. When you scan them in it will take 3 days for them to be on your island as long as you visit them each day at the campsite
Sherb is a very high demand for a player he’s worth a ton of bells and almost everyone wants him on their island, the two hedgehog sisters own the clothing shop and they have a sis who designs clothes. Enjoy playing Animal Crossing again ❤

Ione is actually pronounced (I oh knee) oh and Sasha is a male actually. The “sparkly ones” are always non playable characters as those are the NPCs. Sable and Mable own the clothing shop. There are no rarities, every sparkly one is always an NPC. Kicks does not golf lol, he comes to your island to bring bags and shoes hence the kicks like shoes.
Kicks the skunk is my favorite sparkle card .
And cinnamo-roll is the room I like most .
Meanwhile me in new leaf waiting for sweets furniture season so I can add more to the Cinnamon roll furniture
OMG, the first pack and you got 4 of the 5 I was looking for when I was card hunting.
13 packs, got the lasts on the store and was left Raymondless and Sashaless
Also, in Europe packs cost the same, but have half of the cards 3 normal cards and 1 SP (NPC)

You're so lucky to have US Packs, Europe Packs have same Dollar price in euro for 2 villagers and one sp card ;-; it's so much more satisfying when there are more than 2 villagers in one Pack:D

Series 5 has 48 total cards. 401 to 424 being your foil cards, and 425 to 448 being all of your “common” cards ❤😁
i spent SO MUCH TIME resetting my villagers xD i got all the top villagers i wanted it was great
I have played animal crossing since they stop giving updates I am still some cards from different series I stop trying to trade cards with people to compete my collection cause I keep getting scamed I would sent them the cards they were missing and they wouldn't send me my trade . So I stop trying to complete my collection for now .
