The repetition is great, no one else reshoots the same move as many times as this, thanks!

i feel like uchi mata should always be taught like this because it helps to understand the principle instead of just trying to copy the move

I used to do this as a Farside Kneetap. It works great. Very unexpected. But problem is it leaves your back vulnerable momentarily, so you neef to time it against good wrestlers.
Your variation seems even more secure with that Inside Kneetap. Doesn't expose the back. Real game changer! Thanks for sharing.

Ooo! Nice! Similar to the knee tap take down but gives me another option.

@@IvanVasylchuk_silapartera If I start with this one and they pull their leg back out of the way, I can still hit the outside of he near side knee and secure the takedown. Used it last night in the gym.. LOL! Keep those great videos coming!

THANKS VLAD! I pulled this off. Practice at home with a dummy and got it down. It was difficult as most BJJ people like to pull guard

You don't need takedowns in bjj. Just wait for a moment, the opponent will feel the pressure to take himself down. Jedi mind trick.

PLZ! Make a video on ankle locking people who pull guard in NO GI! I know there are ankle lock videos but none to show on someone who pulls guard or how to get into the ankle lock itself.
