Mate all depends what you want to do, I started off on a Yz125. Didn’t like it and ended up buying and enduro/dual sport. For me personally I like the enduro/dual sport because you can have it licensed and ride where ever. But I have rode my enduro and even my heavy drz400e on tracks like these. Back when I was younger it was all about jumps and mx track bow I’m older I’d prefer single trails, hill climbs and long distance adventures. Well when I get the chance anyways lol. Maybe try and borrow a couple of bike if you can and se what you like. Either way mate both types of bikes are versatile. Hope this helps ya a bit
