My friend…when I first watched your vid I thought internal shifts were just mental changes. She has drawn closer and even wanted to hang out since I felt that actual shift that was just natural. This took 4 months to of my life to just get to this point. Four months to go from no contact to being able to go back to chicfila 😂 Note: people who watch this, when he says performance it doesn’t mean fake it it just means practice until you can’t get it wrong. Until it is natural
Alright finished it again. Teared up cause I really felt how that shift needs to be. Amazing Piece of advice for people: figure out how to tether to the process. Just knowing what I can accomplish by doing this brings fulfillment

I personally right now(more introspection needed obviously)feel like I fall the hardest for the self flagellation and importance illusion . Self flagellation tricks you it feels like it’s hard and your giving your self tough love and holding yourself accountable so you gain a sense of pride and nobility that u were doing the right thing but in reality it’s nothing but a hoax that actually just demotivates you nothing else . If it was actually tough love it would help you grow better but if u look into it deeply it does not . Another thing that I’m thinking about is our body’s and minds do not like change we’re programmed that way (survival reasons) so what if illusions like self flagellation and stuff are just your subconscious minds way of pulling you back from your new self and stay in ur old low level(still comfortable for you) self . Like how a heroine addict giving up all of a sudden gets fevers and body aches because your body wants to go back to that . What if some of the viruses are just withdrawl symptoms created by your brain
Right - Choose the right hard. Because of the rewards & punishment paradox, your brain's default is to adopt more bad habits than good habits. That's why NO ONE i the history of the earth have said "I accidentally adopted this good habit", but EVERYONE has said "I accidentally adopted this bad habit" Good habits must be CHOSEN and CULTIVATED because it always involves delayed gratification. But this is why they also say - the 1% are able to live the life the 99% cannot, precisely because they are willing to do what the 99% would not.
Hi Geoffrey, what an amazing guy you are. Thank you for all the positive yet, sometimes tough feedback and info you put here. I started watching your videos at the end of last year. And honestly, it doesn't just make me look at my relationship differently. It also makes me look at my life and myself differently. And it's starting to show in my interactions with my girlfriend, our daughter, my family, work and even how i work through my goals as well as stressful events. If you can do that from just the UA-cam videos. I can only imagine how much of an impact your program has on the people that follow it. I myself haven't joined the program. However my girlfriend and i did find a way back to eachother. Most things are being navigated in a much more constructive way. Although i must admit, at times it's hard to have both of us feel validated for our feelings regardless the reasoning behind the feeling. Acknowledgement of our own impact still plays it's part there. But at least we've identified that now, and that has halted the explosion type arguments. For the first time since i don't even remember when, i feel like and know that I'm finally building something. For myself, my life and the people in it. I want to thank you for that. I'm sure your program has a lot to offer for couples as well. At this point, i haven't told her about it yet. But I'd like to. It's hard to shake the stupid thought of her not liking the start of my change came from right here. Like it's fake because we weren't together at that time. At the same time it's not fair to keep it to myself. So at some point I must. And eventually she will thank you for it as much as I do. God bless you Geoffrey.

Absolutely! I have decided to make 2 auto suggestions each day (written form) till you release the video on SOC. Making it the total 14 by the week's end. I'm not expecting to get it right at first, but I will at least have something to iterate at the beginning of next week using my newly learned SOC to visceral the SHIT! outta the old me 😂.
I’d recommend to everyone that do not rushing thinking about the things Geoffrey told us about . I know there’s an urge to go through the 14 very quickly (just briefly ponder on how it harmed you etc) but just remember how he tells about clients who rush the program it never works out for them . Take it slow give each one proper time till you can genuinely say yeah I can’t think of anything else but still always Be on ur toes and ready to make some tweaks here and there in them in the case of random epiphanies
So I have found the DoD of lack of opportunities due to me having thought “oh I see her only once or once a week” but then I choked because I didn’t practice the process. I thought about that earlier this month, that if I care then I should be on this working on the process every day in my free time. And so now I’m just doing it before bed and when I wake. When I did it daily before I was rocking Convos and when I stopped I choked
Hi Geoffrey so i’ve been practicing the SOC and the shifting part lately and also starting to make SOC a lifestyle.. My question is.. If there are 14 specific mind viruses that we need to combat.. What are the specific positive reinforcements that we need to shift them to? Coz that is when it gets tricky for me..
So, is it safe to say that this approach will actually help me free myself from the traps even outside of the context of my relationship? I am thinking here about finances, for example... seeing how Blame the System Illusion has kept me in one place because then there is no possible solution to my money problems... Lol ok i think I just answered myself 😅
Geoff, working on my bullet proof vest. It’s time and time again where she disrespects me, calls me out of my name and very condescending. And I put up with it time after time again, but I recently had enough of it told her about herself. But it seems as though she overlooks the things she does that causes me to react the way I do after continuously being positive to her. What do I do in this situation?
@@VonsView Seems like your idea of BPV is surviving, not thriving. Further, to gracefully handle this type of stuff is why we have the 7 frameworks to leading convos.

Thank you very much for your videos. My husband is had an affair years and I did not know I recently found out that he is had a baby 3 years ago that one too he did not tell me I started thing of divorce because the betrayal is so much and the hurt the heart break and even the strength to trust again was so much and almost every single video I chanced on UA-cam was making me more sad as I love my husband and though what he is done, to many, its a deal breaker I got more troubled but one day I chanced on your video and I don’t know just 3 sentences from your mouth made me feel so good and felt like a big thing was been lifted off my shoulder. Then I decided to listen to you anytime I felt like my heart was breaking and I will feel relieved. You are really great continue to do what you doing and may Hod richly bless you
