- Signal on the left: 2 pairs of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, a General Signals Type-2 e-bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
Signal on the Right: 1 pair of Safetran 12x24 inch lights, 1 pair of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
George Wallace Boulevard Signal: 1 pair of Safetran 12x20 inch lights, a Safetran Type-3 e-bell, a Safetran gate mechanism, and RECO gate lights.
These trains were my fourth and fifth catches of the day. The first train was NS 17A, which had a pair of SD60Es pulling him. The second train to cross, which is shortly after the first, was NS 16Z with a UP SD70ACe leading a pair of NS Dash-9s. Had 16Z been a bit quicker, I could've caught them meeting on camera, but it was still pretty neat to see.
This crossing is actually on the border between Muscle Shoals and Sheffield. - Наука та технологія
first train: 77 cars, 2 locomotives, and 352 axels. second train: 118 cars, 3 locomotives, and 490 axels. my favorite things about this video is SD70ACe horn. LUCKY YOU!!!!!!! Keep it up with those train meets. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These trains r beautiful
0:23 perfect timing
I love the Safetran Type 3 electronic bell and General Signals Type 2 electronic bell combo and I love how the Norfolk Southern and Union Pacific trains have loud K5LA and K5LLA horns.
Very Nice man! I like the setup of those crossings!
+Clay Crafton Thanks! This is probably one of the most interesting crossings in Muscle Shoals, mostly due to the equipment and the set-up.
Notch 8 EMD hell yeah
Nice Catches!
Thanks!

nice catch
This crossing used to have two bells, now it has *THREE* !
Still only has two bells.
Here's NS 17A:
NS 6936 (EMD SD60E) K5LA
NS 6981 (EMD SD60E) P5
Also, here's NS 16Z:
UP 8771 (EMD SD70ACe) K5LLA
NS 9800 (GE C44-9W) K5LA
NS 9662 (GE C44-9W) K5LA (P5, present day)
NS 17A has SD60E power and NS 16Z has a Union Pacific leading.
Train meet
Interesting set up including that bell combo with the GS Type 2 and Safetran type 3
If i had a genie lamp, i would ask for signals like these. But no, cause they are fictional.
Also strange to notice one half of the middle signal has Safetran 12X20 inch lights on the left, and 12X24 inch lights on the right.
I believe the signal with both light sizes got clipped by a car.
I just caught a CSX train at this crossing, is it rare that CSX would be on Memphis District?
Kinda. CSX power occasionally runs on NS trains, but it isn't a common catch.
@rayfalt that’s called forcing power.
Nice catch of that meet! Also, SO MANY IDIOTS! LOL!
Thanks! Not really a meet though.
Close enough. Ur welcome!
There upgrading the crossing to overhead lights!
Can't say I'm that surprised, since they're widening the road and these signals would've been in the way. RIP older Safetran 12x24s though.
freebrickproductions I saw them too
Is there a picture or something of the crossing going through the upgrade?

Did she yell at him "Go Jack Ass!" lol 😂
Sounded like "Move up fat man!"
I heard “ COME ON! AGAIN?!”
that ns sounds like a csx
