Hey Josh! Love your videos! I check them out as soon as I noticed a new one. It would be great to see some more videos similar to this one. I admire how you push yourself when working alone. I got at it nearly every day last year by myself. Only one work out a day, but I love it. Like you said at the end of the video, I love showing up, pushing myself, and seeing how much more I can improve each day.
Had surgery 2 weeks ago, and I’m patiently waiting to get back to working out... but I’ll be walking and doing yoga - 😩 not great but I’m paying the man something & not rushing recovery. Thanks for the tips in the videos you post 🙌🏾

Josh, I’m almost 13 years old and I have a goal of going to the games in 2024. How do you handle your negative mental thoughts? My goal of going to the games is overwhelming me, I would love your edvice!
Ava Smith wow you are so young, just enjoy the process. The fun is also on the journey, not just on the destination. Anyway, you can also go to the games as a teen. 14-15 and 16-17yo. Do the open next October and see how are compared to Games teen athletes.
Thank you M P ,I’ve listened to every games athletes say in a interview to just enjoy the journey. It is very hard for me to do that and balence that with working hard everyday!

Pay the man
This episode may be my prefered one . It was like seeing a male version of my habits when I don' t work : workouts in the morning , lunch , little rest , workouts in the afternoon . And giving everything, every breath in each of them , just because I love that . I'm not a pro athlete, I'm working out by myself, alone most of teh time and I really enjoy every workout I can do . Thank you to sharing such mindset, and positive attitude . You're inspiration . Keep going :)))
