Oh. The Smile. So many re-watches and just noticed it. Well, I noticed it before but noticed parallels just now.
Himeko's faint smile after hitting HoV with Serum. Bronya's faint smile when she did cut Seele off. Ely's "glitched" "GOT YOU" smile that overwrote her fake :( expression before "deletion", Kiana's smile when she return in train in Graduation Trip.

But I feel like the japanese dialogues right before the cutscene are a bit different in japanese. Some ppl said that she was speaking in past tense or something and other things, like if foreshadowing the fact that she already knew it was a one way trip. It is further shown when she keeps the serum instead of using it I would say.

Fun fact: VKE is invulnerable most of the time (during her charged atks and ults and even on an-utu's weapon active) because the devs wanted to add a bit of realism to the game and they know that, realistically, you cannot deal damage to dead people
