Carmel River floods Carmel Village Neighborhood

Drone video shows heavy flooding along Paso Hondo Road in Carmel Valley. Video shows houses and cars partly submerged in the overflowing Carmel River. Debris can be seen floating around and sitting out in the street.
No injuries or any sign of water rescues. Paso Hondo Rd and Paso Cresta are closed to residential traffic due to flash flooding.
