Thanks for the video it helped me out! I have a 2000 F150 Lariat 5.4 and I had the same problem. At first I thought it was the dimmer switch but then I remembered that you should always rule out the easy things first. Tested all fuses, and they were good. The flasher would work intermittently like yours and then stop. The relays were a pain in the ass to get to. I didn't remove the bottom kick plate but I should have. Replaced the relay with a $15.99 Novita EP27 and all is fine now! There was a cover over the relay with a piece of black tape holding it shut. Must of been from the factory. If I ever do it again I'll remove the bottom kickplate, all in all it took about 30 minutes including time running to parts store/figuring out how to take cover off/tape and then replacing relay and putting cover/clipping harness back up under the dash. Anyways thanks!

i have a 1999 dodge dakota v8 with the weirdest shit going on... Signals: Work fine. 4 Ways: All work except front passenger side and it also wont appear on the dash cluster (only left shows up). I replaced the Relay(new) and checked the Fuse(still good) and still nothing. **mind boggling part i was testing out the bulbs to see if one was gone and when i use my right indicator at the same time as i turn on the 4 ways everything seems to works fine(even when i turn off right indicator) but again the problem leads back to how do i get my 4 ways to intially work? Do you think its worth replacing the bulbs knowing that they work fine or what exactly should i do here? Any help is greatly apprecaited. If i wasnt in a safety inspection position like you i wouldnt be so worried lol!
My rear signals work, my front don't, and the 4 ways don't work right I'm gonna try to this and hope it helps and also check my bulbs to see if they are bad. I just got the truck so Idk how long they haven't worked the guy didn't say anything about them not working.
+Don Best I'd say check the bulbs first, if one is out it might mess up the rest, also it is a bit simpler to check the bulbs before trying to jam yourself under the dash! Thanks For Watching!

Before I would go and buy all new bulbs, switch it with one that works on both turn signal and 4 ways. Also check the connection in the socket and if you can try to find where it grounds to the body. Put a little grease on all the contacts for the bulbs, that will help keep them from corroding. Hope this help, let me know what you come up with!
