The Media and Communication Major [by Mahidol]

The Media and Communication major is the first degree program in Thailand that is specifically designed to prepare students for emerging ASEAN markets Students are expected to learn a broad range of skills, including creativity, critical thinking and journalistic writing. By focusing on a convergence of media platforms and a strong emphasis on content and communicability, in order to create strategic communication campaigns, address major media issues, engage in interactive, initiate performing art projects and craft media policies.
The program’s curriculum integrates theory and practice. The theoretical portion is designed to establish base of interdisciplinary knowledge combining the humanities, social sciences, arts, technology and communication. The practical application portion of the program ensures that students can apply theory in a working context through critical thinking, creativity and effective media and communications skills.
The Media and Communication major offers two concentrations: Mass Communication and Journalism and Creative Content. We produce a great story teller who will improve Thailand media and make it would wild.
