i recently lost our unborn child. Through the process i have tried to remain strong for the sake of those i love. As humans we tell ourselves we have to be strong. We push aside the pain and block all of the emotions that we feel. For me this has been true. Since a young age i have had to tell myself im invisible and nothing to could ever break me or take me down in order to survive. For so long this was my mantra and sense of pride. I just recently started watching Bastard and man the vibe of this song suits the anime so much! It has a very Sawano Hiroyuki feel to it and I suppose it makes sense since the guy who composed the song is Yosh of Survive Said The Prophet, a frequent collaborator of Sawano himself. Both he and Tielle are Sawano singers. I guess they both took a page from Sawano's book when they wrote the song. It reminds me so much of Sawano's songs he wrote for Aimer like StarRing Child and Re: I AM.
Tielles vocals are amazing. There's a balance that's been found here that excentuates that beauty even more. For me it's her best song. I hope she experiments with harder music going forward. I think that contrast between heavier rifts and her beautiful voice could be the key to greater success
