I'm so soft for debut stages! Seeing new idols have trouble finding the camera is so precious because you know soon enough they'll be pros at it. The girls did really well for a debut stage, they kept their expressions consistent (which is difficult because I'm sure they're nervous) and they were able to find the camera pretty well. Stages will only get easier from here.
So idk if anyone will read this but I'll write ma story. I knew about loona since last spring I think, but for some reason all these units, solos, lots of mvs before debut and of course theories kinda scared me lol, I thought that's too much for me and that I need like a century to understand everything about loona, so I just ignored this group (stupid me) for a year even tho I stan a lot of other girl groups and may call myself multifandom in some case. At this point I don’t think BBC cares about the Korean market. The international market (especially the West) is hungry for kpop in a way we’ve never been before (look at BTS’ recent success!) and I think BBC wants to capitalize on that. I agree though that this song is pretty much built for SK fans though, so we’ll see if it gains any traction. BBC has a lot of money, so if they’re not promoting heavily in SK then I have to assume they’re intentionally directing their attention elsewhere and likely west (like securing the Grimes feature, for instance).

I knew about loona since last spring I think, but for some reason all these units, solos, lots of mvs before debut and of course theories kinda scared me lol, I thought that's too much for me and that I need like a century to understand everything about loona, so I just ignored this group (stupid me) for a year even tho I stan a lot of other girl groups and may call myself multifandom in some case. Soooo then I saw yyxy mv, fell in love with this song, and now, when I have holidays I just spent the whole one day to watch every of their mvs in chronological order starting from solos and finishing with love4eva, and now I know who is who and can't wait for their debut in August. So in just one evening I've understood how wrong I was when slept on them. I hope they will get more recognition soon, these girls deserve it because they are absolutely amazing. Love for loona💕

And then i heard about heejin and hyunjin being a contestant on mixnine, im so in love heejin 😍 but im too lazy to watch other solo, and then olivia's solo came out. Im in love again 😭😭😭😭 started with olivia, i became a full loona stan 💕

At this point I don’t think BBC cares about the Korean market. The international market (especially the West) is hungry for kpop in a way we’ve never been before (look at BTS’ recent success!) and I think BBC wants to capitalize on that. I agree though that this song is pretty much built for SK fans though, so we’ll see if it gains any traction. BBC has a lot of money, so if they’re not promoting heavily in SK then I have to assume they’re intentionally directing their attention elsewhere and likely west (like securing the Grimes feature, for instance).
