Random is word people use to describe systems/patterns whose complexity is too mysterious to understand. Nothing is the universe is "random", just complex. A number that happened 7 games in a row and a number that hasn't happened in 65 games do not have the "same" probability. The first clearly has a higher *probability* than the latter.
