I use the rain cover just to cover the car seat when it rains. If your front wheels don't turn well, make sure you lubricate.
The last step is a bit different when you remove the fabric. Just try to remove it from both directions (up/down into the midlle). Don't know how to explain it better but a video on the new aer plus would be great.
This video is not correct on 00:47 - I’ve spent several minutes following it to then realize that if you fold it first you can then de-attach the fabric, after almost tearing it apart to make it work as shown in the video.
This also gave me a lot of trouble. I ended up taking a flat head screwdriver, inserting into the clip, and twisting it so it would pry it open. Much easier.
Ever since putting the seat back on, the canopy portion is off set and on side sits higher than the other when expanded and when collapsed, the other side has excess material. I’ve taken it apart and back on again thinking it just needed a slight adjustment but no go. Any idea what the issue could be? It’s definitely installed properly
00:47 in this part you will need to push the button to close car in 90degree to get more easily

Same here. I noticed that the material is less tense if the stroller is not fully extended (midway between packed and extended)

There's a circular button on the top; press that in. Next, slide out the plastic tab in the opposite direction of the arrow
