At a glance the two instruments look very similar, they have the same playing range, and are in the same key, the euphonium has a darker sound. This is because of the tubing. The baritone has cylindrical tubing, the euphonium has conical tubing.

No thats a bari the euphs tubing arent as crammed and the lead pipe on a euph goes straight into the 3rd valve where on a bari it loops once to make a main tuning slide and goes into the 1st valve

what the different betwen euphonium and baritone?
Euphonium has a larger bore size than bari and is also just bigger in general, you get a bit of a darker sound from euphs.

So, do all corps use both baritones and euphoniums, or are euphoniums often overruled by baritones?
+Joshua Gentile Some use a 50/50 mix of baris and euphs, while some corps have all euphs or all baris (like BAC) for their low brass.
I believe the only corps that marches all euphs is Phantom Regiment
+Alexis Macy Blue Devils is an all Euphonium line
+Specop Killah actually the blue devils march both, but they are hybrids, so the only difference between them is the mouthpiece.
