I've played since I was an 11 year old in 1999. I've still never found my own Shako. Someone in a Barricade drop game gave me one, but I've never found one. ~1200 Meph/Andy games in SP later, still no Shako.
I love that you found one in a chest. This is why D2 is my desert island game.
I found my first singleplayer Shako a few days ago, was chased by a single monster and was like "what the hell u want from me" and this monster just dropped Shako. Crazy :D

I got maras out of an urn in stony tombs
I got a fireball barb going and it's hilarious to sing and fireball. I did it on a whim when I got trangs armor and belt on my hammerdin, threw a soj, mara, 10fcr ring with 2 hotos and a flickering flame, surprisingly decent for p1 hell.
Ladder season 7 isnt over it just started. Fix your click bait title and say season 6 if that's what you meant.
My first ever Shako was from a random chest in the Tower Lvl 2, and my first Vipermagis was from a random sarcophagus in the Catacombs Lvl 3. And just got my first Maras out of the super chest in the Pits. I thought they were crazy drops from random poppables.
Check the two tides up rogues in the fire top left, they drop runes, back when d2 just released I found a shako from them

I’m still learning how to make a character, I seem to go with items that just go to skills and damage and resist, trying to learn the hidden better stuff on items

Not trying to one up but sharing if you and our community: SOJ out of the chest at the end of Abbadon (sp?) in Frigid Highlands portal. TZ level 96 (someone else’s game). The only thing that popped out was a unique ring, and boom, SOJ this ladder. 0% mf. 2nd one ever that I’ve found - I know, rookie numbers.

I've had a lone shako drop as well last year running tombs. I wonder if drops are seeded like kurast?

I would rather get poison rez over cold rez, especially on a ES Sorc. Light>Fire>Posion.
I have been playing off and on for 22 years and have yet to get a Shako to drop for me hahaha.

Why did the shako disappear? The d2r community at large is RUBBISH at catering to new players 😂 everyone knows the meta, everything is abbreviation. It’s a lifestyle
