It was just made up by their PR agencies to highlight the two of them, which, I think everyone would agree, was very successful since it turned Olivia into a mega pop-star (her talent definitely helped but these days publicity is honestly much more important than talent or substance) and even Josh has become a famous artist, even if he's not as successful as Olivia. I understand why everyone ships Jolvia (at one point, I did too) but it isn't real and forcing them to get together just to satisfy our own desires seems cruel :(
