Well done! I learned to play this song on my Soprano when I was about your age. It's really good one to get you off of paper and thinking about improv. And don't sweat that last high note toward the end. I did that song for a talent show and the same thing happened to me! That F# is HARD for anything below a 3.5 to 4 strength reed. All in all...just great job. :)
