One of the reasons I enjoy watching your videos is the way both of you treat the sellers. You are kind and compassionate and never try to run off. A lot of these older folks selling their treasures need someone to talk to and to listen, even if it is just for a minute. It says a lot about your character. Thanks for sharing another great video. My favorite was the mirror fan. It was gorgeous!!❤
I agree!! I felt that so much in this episode!! Maybe a future series? More about the history of some items! This felt very much like the homeowners had supporting roles!

I thought the same. Such pretty mixed colors, so hard to choose from all those sweaters. I guess they trying to keep space in their car for more stuff because they had over 100 yard sales to go. At least they picked up 3 of them .

Kayla is always so hyper. Being with Matt and finding all these treasures makes her giddy. I just love watching the relationship between the two of them. It even makes me remember the younger days when I felt that way. I keep watching and learning from them as they go. I have a booth in a thrift store and I’m actually being educated watching them as they shop.

Matt is so so funny! There’s just so much that makes me laugh and smile all positive of course, the sweater branded heirloom , he kept saying hair-loom lol too funny! It’s pronounced Air-loom , sure looks like it would be hair loom with the H , no worries Matt I’m not a pro pronunciation either, you got it done and that’s all that matters! Love this video so far! I have noticed you two picking up on how you say words. It's too cute. Like Snag, Awesome and more. He picked up the way you pronounce certain words, and she picked up a lot of his words as well. I intended to comment last week that you may be able to learn info about art glass from watching UA-cam from The Crazy Lamp Lady or George, the Antique Nomad. They know a lot and its interesting enough that you won't be bored.
Great day of yard sailing. I would have bought all the loons! Good thing I am not a resale! Loon trivia they have to be on water to take off. If the mistake a wet roadway for a body of water they will need help.

Fun!!! We just attended a “city wide” event, this past weekend. Fortunately, it was just 20 min away😂. I love the energy when they do this…even our community wide ones! My son and I load the car up with totes & wrap, too….less chance of the stuff clanking together😂

I love community sales! This last Saturday is the annual West Seattle Community Yard Sale (we're about 40 minutes away from Seattle, WA) - there were over 500 yard sales in the West Seattle neighborhood on one day! The weather was beautiful, we made it to about 40 of them before we got too overheated and tired, but it's amazing energy when there are so many sales!
I should have gone! I didn’t know how crazy it would be to find parking around the area and such. Is it easily shoppable? Have any favorite finds?

I bought your 2 stained glass loons since I live in Minnesota. It was fun to see where you picked them from and how excited you were to find them. I'm addicted to yours and Matts channel. Kayla I love your energy and excitement for picking. Just to let you know that I bought an eight piece Cutco steak knife set for $1 and in a case. I wouldn't have looked for Cutco at a sale until I watched your channel.
I got a Cutco trimmer and paring knife for $1 each. You did amazing! Have you seen how much a set of steak knives is these days ? Hundreds of dollars!!!

I went to 330+ home sale few weekends ago and walked away spending $16. Was a bunch of kids clothes and "Live.Love.Laugh crap. The next day went to an old barn house in the middle of nowhere and spent $260.

Next weekend Highway 52 Yard Sale starts May 17-19 one of the longest yard sales . TN
West Seattle just has its annual garage sale, the day before mother's day every year. Overwhelming with over 500 sales.

Good finds. Glad you bought the fan mirror. The wooden loons are probably made at the Whittle Shop in Walker Minnesota. You should have picked up the 2 carved Loons. Together they probably would have sold for $25.00. Hand made. I’ve been there and the Loons aren’t cheap anymore. They look beautiful on a table or on books.
