    I made the 3 bean salad recipe Zonya shared. My husband loves it. We make a big batch once a week and eat some every day. We have been doing this about 4 weeks now. One little change at a time.

    I need help with my cholesterol it is still high although it's 25 points down from where it was at 333 and now at last blood test it's at 308 and LDL is high of 220 I need to get on a good diet

    cholesterol is normal blood pressure 120/80

    I got off statins by eating more greens and limiting carbs and no sugar. I try not to eat processed foods as well.

    Just subscribed to your newsletter and watched a video from a year ago where you interviewed someone who had reduced her cholestetol dramatically in 3 months. My story is similar to hers. Ate healthy (or so I thought) exercised for years but cholesterol is elevated. Told my dr I want 6 mths to try to reduce it without statins. Can you recommend your best cookbook to follow for cholesterol reduction? Also I was recommended to include the Berberine supplement into my diet. Do you know anything about that? Any guidance you can provide would be appreciated. I am determined!
