This really was a great segment. Mary you are joy and always love Edyta’s videos as well. I keep coming back and have watched several times now. Great job ladies.
my mom just went to the hospital and i could not stay with her as i live quite a distance away. when your guest said the reason for quilting was to cozy and warm our loved ones it could not be more true as when i returned home after spending just a few days with mom i knew i wouldn't be able to see her again for quite some time . so i went to a fabric store and got some fabric and started making a quilt. its almost finished and i'll be able to go again to my mom's bedside. this quilt has kept me sane in more than one way, for more then one reason. this is my first but I'm certain it will not be my last. thanks for being out there.
Shelley, a year has passed since you wrote this note and I just said a prayer for your mom. I am sure, by now, you have given your first quilted treasure to your mom and she was absolutely thrilled with the money, but most of all the beautiful fabrics and time you took to make your first quilt and it was especially for her. Prayers are still going up for you and your mom at this time!! Vicki Robles
