I liked their scenes more than Penelope and Colin's scenes. These two had more chemistry.
I was about to comment this,don't expect to feel more in the scene of them in silence with that 👀,I even jump it,but with penelope just feel kind of off...
I don’t think they had more chemistry- it was just a more refreshing circumstance of romance

you’re tripping they were so awkward and francesca was just preening awkwardly for no reason, it was super poorly written overall.. i see the direction but poorly executed and with the wrong face
they were sweet. I hope their story ends on a more positive note than I've heard it does in the book
Her and John jad a maximum of 5 minutes onscreen together and they still managed to make me root hard for them. So excited to see where their story leads them.
Making us attached to Jon is almost cruel, they're so sweet together 💔 when he was wicked is going to kill us

Francesca is my favorite Bridgerton and i really cannot wait to see the live depiction of this excerpt:

The spotlight was taken from Penelope because of so many side stories. Violet’s romance aswell as Benedict’s were so unnecessary. Francesca and John’s romance could have waited for her own season. Really sad how this season wasn’t Penelope and Colin’s at all.

@@GH-fb9dhactually Colin and Penelope story line that they changed from the actual one didn't work out they were better as side story . There were always side character even more in season one. Plus actually polin could've waited for their story in order. Francesca first husband is the side character. His cousin is the real deal with those majestic eyes and those legs.

I stopped reading it after John died. I felt like I was mourning him and her child along with her.

@@Clair_de_lune999 He had a cerebral aneurysm. But because they didn't have advanced medical knowledge at that time, all Francesca knew is that he had a headache, lay down to rest and died. 😭
@@emilygumal4658oh that’s so horrible, and honestly that does still happen today. Aneurysms can be very quick. Next season is gonna be a gut punch.
I literally love frannie so much, I cried so much when I read her book and it's literally one of my favorite books ever.
I like the idea of them trading one slowburn relationship for another. Although several others could be considered slowburn (Eloise and Benedict), I imagine they will set it up to be a couple seasons until we get Francescas proper story. I would like it if they set it up so we meet Michael at the end of this season.

She was a perfect casting... HIM...NOPE 👎 and a lot of people are afraid to say that because they think they would be attacked for being racist when in fact, all of them loved lady danbury and other characters. People are disappointed that he doesn't carry the charisma of John and so many other choices would have been better. I feel sad for the book fans because I am sure John was one character that has no haters.

As someone who hasn't read the books, I found his casting refreshing. He looked, alright to me. In fact, quite fitting for the characterization they were going for. Although I also haven't seen the show yet. I was just basing my opinion from the clips and edits I've seen.

I think he is very normal looking, compared to model guys like the Duke or young King George. But it is refreshing because some of the women are normal looking as well and not model types. It sort of balances out.
Lmfao what? He's perfect. Sweet and with the smile of an angel and kind eyes. Most importantly you can see him and the actress have incredible chemistry. That scene where they are silent managed to convey more chemistry that Penelope and fish mouth Colin.
Their little love story didn't steal anything, even season 1, Anthony and Benedict have love interest

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR CHOICE OF JOHN 😢😢😭😭he is not at all how I imagined him to be and Franchesca is so close to the books. I SCREAMED IN DISAPPOINTMENT WHEN HE SAID HIS NAME. The best addition to this season was Lady Danbury's brother and violet has more with him and than her daughter has with john. After imagining someone like David Corenswet as John, I am highly disappointed in the new John's lack of charisma.
I love this John with this Francesca! They are so sweet & in-tune with each other. You can see them falling in love so gently & thoroughly. The actors did a wonderful job with their characters, I feel ❤

He matches Hannah Dodd’s quiet character so nicely. May I suggest you see past race & let yourself be moved by their story-telling? You will enjoy the series more profoundly that way.

Both had a glow up this season. The previous two Penelope wore clothes and hairstyles that didn’t suit her. If you mean looks, they’re both good looking imo.
@@Dreamfyre Oh, well I will personally say that I don't find Penelope attractive at all, but I don't have a problem with her being Colin's love interest. And certainly wouldn't pity Colin for having to be with her. I take it as both Colin and Francesca not getting with model types and instead plain looking people.
