Daily offers at Burlington, Vermont-based Bruegger’s Bagels include a House Blend, the House Decaf, Hazelnut and the Dark Roast.
Bruegger’s offers fresh-brewed 100% Arabica coffee, cold brew and hot or iced seasonal blends, such as French Toast, which it calls a cold-weather comfort flavor with aromas of buttered French toast with a touch of cinnamon drizzled with maple syrup.
In all its Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska and Wisconsin bakeries, Caribou Coffee also is on the menu. Those offerings include Caribou Decaf Blend, Caribou’s House Blend, Dark Roast Fireside and Hazelnut.
Coffee sales are surging worldwide, up 5% year over year for the 12 months ending September 2023-and up 3% in the United States during this time, according to Chicago-based market research firm Circana. Freshness, variety, cold offerings and bean-to-cup coffee machines are big themes in coffee today for convenience stores and quick-service restaurants-and these attributes are certainly applicable to those on this year’s list.
