It all depends bro...and getting afi job is not like u completed flight inst rating...and u get the job...u should wait for flying schools to open vacancy for that too
You have to do instructor rating along with the cpl and then apply for job on different websites and then they will select you fulfill their requirement.

Hi captain, I am currently graduating, I had maths and physics in 12th but I did not pass with 60% aggregate. Ofcourse I did pass but I only got passing marks. So what can I do to improve this? Can I give NIOS And pass it with maximum or atleast 60% marks? So when I complete my training in future, and an airline vacancy demands such criteria, I clear it without any problem. Will it be okay to have passed NIOS with more than 60%marks but not passed the state board exam (here in Mumbai) with 60% marks,? Will they consider my NIOS marks over my board exam marks and clear me?
Yes, that will be a really amazing thing (although a really painstaking one as well) ... however, also remember that only few airlines give this much importance to 10+2 aggregate... most want you to be just passed and thats it

DGCA has not explicitly mentioned minimum percentages, but 70% and above should be decent

BSc Aviation is best as it is related course and a lot similar what you will study toward your pilot training
