And we're not talking about the puzzle game they did for the 2014 movie when we could of gotten a game upon release that was perfect and yes i know some people question the ps3 ps4 Godzilla game but you know what at least that one tried a lot better than what Smash3 did
Those are overrated. The ps4 game is the best Godzilla game(and we know what the majority thinks of that one). SNK's king of the monsters and those Ultraman ps2 games are way better.
I wish for a remaster of unleashed for nintendo switch.
My heart still belongs to Kaiju Daikessen and Monster of Monsters.

Step 1: make the game 2d or 3d
Step 2: add in godzilla monsters
Step 3: no microtransaction
Step 4: give the characters unique attacks

@@darrendyson8347 Godzilla is just card where Godzilla is summoned and then just fires his atomic heat ray, where he leaves shortly after.
The only Godzillas that appear are a few select of the entire Godzilla roster in the game, so far 1967, 1968, 1999, 2002, and 2003 are the only ones I know of that are just plain boosts rather than actual attacks.
Update: I have 64 now

Your welcome! The reason I like the game is because it involves Godzilla trading cards, and I love trading card games. Although I don’t like how the packs of things are so expensive, I never buy them anyway and it’s just nice to know there is an actual Godzilla game.
Kinda wish there’s a Marvel World of Champions type game based on Godzilla. Makes more sense for a franchise like this

Let's hope the upcoming Godzilla vs. Kong game will be like this. My guess is that you start with Godzilla, King Kong, and Mothra, and you unlock more playable kaiju by getting their DNA (which you can do once you progress the game, AND can be done multiple times on levels). Plus, who wants to see the actual appearances of Sekhmet, Abaddon, Baphomet, Bunyip, Typhon, and Mokele-mbembe in this upcoming game?
I want a Godzilla game like that.

Yeah.. I tried to get into the game. But it’s so exploitative, so blatantly cheap, and so astonishingly lazy, that I just couldn’t bring myself to defend it.
And I hate how I was tempted to get the forty dollar King Ghidorah pack. Why must Toho torture me so?
The Game is kinda hard. Im stuck on stage 110 tokyo fighting a bug tf.

The Dragon King an insect godzilla does 1.20 damage to him he is hard idk how MIB manage to go through that. I watched videos like 13 times.
Wait, can't you time travel and create artifacts with damage boosts already? Stage 110 was easy for me cus i time traveled a bunch before getting there.

Yeah but this game actually acknowledges that Rebirth of Mothra exists so it’s good
There is also a time travel function that allows you to restart the game, but keep the cards and x-nium. Doing this allows you to get time shards, which allow you to buy artifacts that boost certain attributes such as attack and unit speed increase. You also keep artifacts when you time travel. Essentially you do this when you reach a huge wall.
We need another Godzilla Smash3!
MIB I feel your pain I download this and it’s a freaking pain to keep watching ads to get money and keep getting defeated but at least it includes things like Maguma!
This game looks so appealing to the eye but now that I have seen gameplay I lost interest but anyways glad to see another amazing game review keep up the awesome work on educating us
Bianca Wallace it gets annoyingly frustrating to the point it doesn’t become fun and it just gets tedious
I take it you didn't try the time travel feature. I was worried about loosing my progress too but once you do it, you'll never have to click on an ad or spend a dime. Ironically, the game becomes faster as you progress (just as long as you time travel at least once).
Battle Line is the only fun freemium game that’s Godzilla related that I’ve played. I’m also hella addicted to it now 😅
The only thing I remember from mobile strike was that one ad where Arnold said “MUST SRIKE BACK!!!” great vid though, keep it up

Yeah it’s grindy and very obvious ad investment since ads are involved in almost everything. Inevitably I still play it since it’s came out and enjoy it for the Kaiju fan service

You know what be cool, a Godzilla game like Dokkan Battle, basically you collect character cards of various rarities & specific incarnations of characters and battle with them, it pretty fun and I can totally see a Godzilla version being a thing

As much as I play the game in my spare time, why the hell do I agree so hard with you on this game?
Not to mention the first time I started playing, the first stage glitched on me and put me in an indefinite loop. The bugs wouldn't die. I got tired of waiting and reset the game.
The game has decent music, too.
Compared to some of the mobile games I've played with some actually decent content, like Sword of Zolan (platformer) and Skullgirls (genius fighting game that actually let's you pull off combos with the rudimentary controls), seeing games this stupid simple is honestly infuriating

@@jesusramirezromo2037 Sword of Xolan was developed for mobile exclusively. Skullgirls reused some assets from the console and pc versions but had a entirely unique fighting system for mobile, meaning that neither example are originally console games.

I like the neat little bits of Godzilla trivia in the cards and that's really it. I just want to collect the cards but can't be arsed anymore as I've gotten to a point I can't do anything.
Like I was baited into thinking the Kaiju could help fight the battles but nooo! Most of the cards are just temporary boosts.
Love how everytime something becomes mainstream or regains popularity, all the shitty mobile gaming companies have to try and make a half-assed, cash-grab game about it.
I totally agree with you about these "games" not actually being games. I bought a Blu-Ray set with most of the Godzilla movies for less than some of those digital whatsits. I can watch those and see monsters WITHOUT having to tap on the screen constantly.
