When I look at your eating, it is typical Western eating. we call it junk food :) Lots of fat and sugar in food and drinks. Pepsi and Coca-Cola are among the worst drinks. Lots of sugar and coloring and additives. Here they are used for toilet cleaning. hahaha. One bad thing is your food, which has a lot of meat and hard fats that clog blood vessels and make you fat. Try to reduce these and eat more wild vegetables and berries etc. They affect the skin and body and blood vessels. . I don't want to moralize but tell the truth. (If you go to a factory where sausage or other products are made, you would see how terrible and dirty they are) Everyone who works in these meat and sausage factories says that they don't eat those products because they are terrible poison. Anyway, I wish you the best. In Paris and Italy and other European countries there are small cafes where they make their own sweet buns and chocolates. They are really good and clean. So we eat delicious food every weekend and go back to a healthy diet on weekdays. So the food we eat on weekends is food that makes us very happy :) Thank you so much for worrying about us!
