Hi 👋. No, not in Adult social care. "Significant Harm" is a term that is used in children's social work. The Children Act 1989 introduced significant harm as the threshold for intervention. In Adults it's the 3 criteria which would determine whether we intervene or not. The 3 criteria i spoke about in the safeguarding section. I hope this answers your question.
