Poor, flashy driving, on wet roads, in an un-plated truck, with faulty brakes, in front of a cop car - genius!! I'd say the cop was more than fair, probably because your sister was in the truck. If you'd been alone, or with Eleazar, you'd be in the pokey for a night or two.
