ERRATA: Upgrading price have become very cheap, just upgrade whatever you want. This was made for Patch 1.4 and does not include Artifacts released after that. There has been tons of changes with the core gameplay and the artifacts themselves. While some information is outdated the majority is still relevant. The overall ranking is still mostly correct, expect legendary Soul Siphon, which is now on the level of the rare one. If you are looking for advise on specific artifacts please double check the effect ingame, @me in a comment or ask me on twitch. I might make some updated guides towards Issue 2 release, but the devs keep changing artifacts on every update and it is not suitable to make such a big project again.
Quality vid, I shall say I like using hearseal charm with poweglass and familiars boon healing drone You can recharge your shield quicker then they can knock it off you, and recharge it faster so you can keep pumping it out lol Just make sure your health doesn't go too low and your fine
