Wow. I remember being 15 years old and just watching this video over and over again because of how it amazed me to see people could crazy stuff like this. Not only that but the musicality of the edit made it all the more amazing to watch. It’s because of this video that I started tricking and still hold this art close to my heart and hopefully able to inspire the younger generations as you guys have for me. I’m 21 now and it’s definitely hard on my knees now but that feeling of flying and throwing violent spin kicks is just too addicting
That was awesome! I think the thing I love most about this is that, even with the amazing skill these experienced athletes have, they showed the accidents/mistakes in their art. ...at least I know that when I try these flips & land a concussion 17 times; one of these guys will have stubbed their toe once or twice ;) Excellent work!
what i like about this is that i know i saw at least one girl doing some tricking. tbh i'm a littl ebored of the boys doing all the parkour/street running/parkour and any other alternative. there's hardly any videos and what not of girls doign it. Gr8 job, team9lives. :)
I moved from Tae Kwon Do to gymnastics, then started Parkour, now trying to get this down. But i need to keep working Parkour as well. You would be surprised how close all of these are tied together.
they're surprisingly good to trick in. it gets rid of the little quirks like pulling up on your shorts before a combo. and they're pretty stretchy too. try it out sometimes, maybe in cut offs?
Well i think a lot of people would consider this extreme martial arts, since alot of these moves are a mixture. What may or may not be isn't important. What people see will be an extreme form of martial arts. I give you guys a lot of props for this, its all about a lot of fun and a lot of practice.
Heh, i spend alot of time at the computer aswell but that doesnt stop me from improving in tricking, its really relaxing to just sitt infront of the pc watching samplers/edits etc so get out there and train!
at 2:50 there's a common starting move where they kind of do a 540 horizontally... except they use their arm... It's the move the guy in the red pants starts out with at 2:50. anybody know the name of the move?
i do crazy stuff :) but i wana learn how to do back flips realy good. cuz i tried to do it once and i hit my heat and i was taken to hospital. since then i was scared to even try. now i can lern it and as u said HAVE FUNNN!! :) and thanks
I can agree with you on several point and also disagree with you on some of them. Bent legs aren't pretty at all, ppl is lazy with the stretching part so therefore a lot of trickers have problem with straiten the legs out. But the ones I see as great martial art trickers always hook or straiten out their legs. Search for Daniel Graham, Jeremy Marinas, Anis Cheufra, Tim Man etc and you will see a whole other lvl of tricking. From my eyes they are really good.
It's called touch down raiz. (TD raiz) Pretty compicated move for brain) Most of ppl even learn normal raiz (no hand one, like flip) and only then they start doing td raiz.
hey how can i start to triking?? please, thats kinda my most loved dream ever been able to do such things so if theres anyone out there that could actualy help me please tell me
watched this years ago, and this is still one of the sickest videos i've watched!

People have two choices in life.
1. To do this in real life.
2. To do this in a game.

Promises by Nero. Personally, I would've played "Fly Like an Eagle" but this is fine.
