If the ending has you confused:
God abandoned the Ultrakill universe after realizing free will is an utter failure and that mankind would never heed his word, so the Council was formed by the highest ranking angels and they ruled heaven with an iron fist. Their rule was accepted but as mentioned in the enemy profiles, they were not all that popular compared to angels like Gabriel. Gabriel realizes the truth after his second fight with V1 because that's the first time in his life that he bleeds, it's like his eyes were opened, so he single-handedly assassinated the Council and by doing so completely doomed himself (and probably most angels)

The uh… the “Hideous Mass” is basically a giant armored demon lobster with cannons for hands and a grapple hook in its tail. I think that’s an accurate description.

The door that doesn't open without perfecting all the levels is completely optional. So if you don't wanna go through the trouble of perfecting everything, you don't have to
it may be optional, but it's actually pretty easy to P rank all of the prelude and P1 levels and fighting a prime soul is, in my opinion, an important part of the ULTRAKILL experience.
@@gabrielhenson5751 Ironically, I find the bosses much easier to P Rank than the normal levels. I spent so long trying to P Rank Halls Of Sacred Remains and Into The Flesh, and then P Ranked V2 and Gabe on my first try

That's easy it's "yo mum" got em, but seriously aren't they are just scorpion abominations with some humanoid look
It's a hybrid between a scorpion and a lobster with mouths instead of claws an a grappling hook for the sting. Oh, and its shell's segments are faces

According to the Ultrakill Lore, Demons like the Malicious Face (Maurice), Hideous Mass, Cerberus, and the Leviathan are conglomerations of raw Hell Energy given physical form (Except for Cerberus, who is Hell Energy inhabiting a statue, I think.)
Edit: Since I've done this at almost every other reaction toMax0r's Ultrakill Act 2 Summary, I'm gonna do it again; King Minos Prime's dialogue before you fight him.
