ABOUT…
I am Rebecca and I am one heck of a passionate vocal coach/singer/songwriter/impressionist/health/fitness/self- improvement/anything that makes me smile!! I love anything vocal/singing related and geek out on it every day. I want to motivate and inspire others to follow their dreams…corny? Well maybe but it’s true. So what’s motivating me?? I had a huge tumour removed summer 2017 and my ovaries and fallopian tubes. The tumour was the size of a 20 week baby!! However, despite not being able to walk for a couple of weeks, and feeling generally awful…. It has made me create and do what I love! It wasn’t an easy time but I won’t let fear dictate my life. I didn’t think ‘why me’, there are plenty of horrific issues people have to deal with…it’s not always smooth sailing. It’s true when you hear, ‘Life is short’, the crazy thing is, I am glad it happened…I appreciate life even more and practice gratitude everyday…It’s so easy to get caught up with the little things…and I do sometimes, but look at the bigger picture, will it matter in a year or two…?

You must must must listen to her sing her song Akin Ka Na Lang. It is one of the most fabulous vocal performances ever. Her whistle tone is sooooo flawless.
She nailed every part of the song! I’ve always been a fan of Morisette but this just really did it for me. The clarity and support/ agility was superb here, this is one of Mariahs hardest songs to replicate. And that A5 during the climax!!! PERFECT! Absolutely iconic

Morissette can sing any style, she reminds me of a soul singer back in the 80's and 90's
Reminds me of those in the early to mid 70’s I heard as a kid.
Likewise, she sounds like those black american female singers with big & wide range of voices.
I swear i had socks on before listening to this, simply awesome.

Wow Rebecca!! I woke up to messages from fellow Morissette fans with excited links to your reaction! I remember you were not just a vocal coach reviewing Morissette, but a true fan. I remember your encouragement on her Instagram page and I'd find your coments on Morissette's videos sprinkled around "the tube 😁" . Respect! Morissette has a new UA-cam channel from which this vocal insanity is from! Quarentine may have confined the artists but not the Art! It's definitely a channel worth subbing to. If I may request something to put on your list for a rainy day. I'm a big fan of your Brendon Urie reactions! Morissette ,against type, chose his rendition of "Into the Unknown "(most females were going with the Idina /Aurora version) It was one of my favs from her set this year. I think you being a Urie fan would appreciate it the most! It's always a good time in this space hope you are safe and well(Matcha green tea is my bias 😊)

She is my favorite female vocalist- performer. Incredible range, sings with emotion and versatility beyond her years. Can sing any song, any genre except Opera or Hip Hop. And maybe she can do those, just never heard her.
