FK Irons Flux / Powerbolt Issue

Edit: after two days the battery died. I plugged it in to power and it restarted normally and works fine now.
DarkLab recently released their app. After updating the firmware the flux no longer functions but instead just cycles through a three color LED pattern. Holding power and voltage down does not reset the device. It is now a very expensive brick.

I fixed this issue on mine. Plug it in. Hold down the power and voltage down buttons. And then pulled the plug out with my teeth. Lol and then let go of both buttons at the same time. Problem solved.

YOU SAVED MY BATTERY 😅 it was just bright green couldn’t turn it on or shut it down for over 3 hours then in a last hope I tried this and it worked! Thhhx man

mine did not charge at all. when it was plugged in the charger it blinked fast between red and green. When it was out of charger and turned on it blinked red.. I tried what you did and it works normally now ! you are a livesaver.

Most time you can do factory reset had them walk me thru this couple times I had the problem when I was using the egocentric with app but no more problems

I'm hating my machine so much. I have the exo, randomly it fluctuates during long sessions, it goes up and down in speed. I've sent it back for repairs before my warranty was up. They sent it back saying I had my battery set to a low give , so when it hits the skin the machine slows down which is complete bs. If that were the case it would happen every time. I've reset it and it just randomly decides to do its own thing

I’m having a similar issue but a blue light is solidly on updated the firmware on the app and done a reset and just goes back to the solid light. Any advice welcome :)

Having the same issue… and living in Belgium makes the shipping even more expensive… would be better of buying a new machine…

Sent it to Fk Irons for service and they updated the "firmware" and issue fixed under warranty
