Now you tell me one thing, Jyotish is described as Vedanga( Part of veda). There are six vedangas of which Jyotish is a part. It is a matter of debate whether this Jyotish indicates Astronomy only or astrology as well. But Jyotish is a Vedanga. Is it not Taneja ji.

Ok i want to know or enquire why Vyas Maharshi made Stutis and storams on Navagraha? So the Navagraha in "Indian astrology" as you want to name it, is different from Navagraha mentioned in Vedas? Definitely Vedas never mentioned about astrology but they did mentioned about Navagraha. Many sages and saints until recent past somehow wanted to avoid astrology but never denied the influence of Navagraha on human body and mind.
