Edit: This guy is looking very promising. Prestige aside, he seems to be a solid mutant killer, (that bishop fight was NUTS) great power control and good utility in general. Plus someone give the animation designers a raise because this champion has some of the best animations I've seen in recent memory.
The animation design team has been immaculate for a little while. I remember when they released Claire Voyant, Prof X, Air Walker (he sucks badly but damn the design!!), Kitty Pryde, just to name a few. There are too many incredibly well designed champs now. These guys are so competent, shame that they have to work their magic for one of the greediest companies in the gaming industry, with programmers that cant fix bugs for shit.
I like his place in the game, not the best tech in the game but he has a clear role in my roster. I love the way his power control works that special lock is going to have some great uses.
He’s top tech if you need power control which everyone needs for a lot of champions

@Lags you forget about CapSW as top 3-5 Kitty Counters. No miss while locked on, ich no crits from SW and he can block unblockable SPs ❗And you also can control Power with him. No SP3‼️

His sp2 looks good but rather then he's not much useful to me cuz I already have guardian and nimrod for damage and prowess removal

Won't Mephisto take his armor away at the start with soul imprisonment?
Can he block unblockables like in that Modok fight? Or was it the node?
As long as he has his armour buff he can counter it but he has to be awakened
His Armour up is passive so mephisto soul imprisonment can't shut it
2ndly his signature ability states that whenever he has aura of iron he can block the unblockable attacks

@@jornaspierre5615 u r so wrong buddy... Nimrod doesn't counter Havok especially if Havok is on crumbling armour node in war... All Nimrods attacks are energy based and hence Havok puts plasma like crazy and I play tier 1 wars so I know Nimrod can't counter Havok
@@ravimix I use Nimrod as a counter to Havoc all the time and the fights are very smooth. You just need to make sure you watch your armor ups and parry when more are needed. Bringing up a single node combination like crumbling armor doesn’t invalidate his effectiveness in a general sense. That’s no different than me claiming Rintrah and Tigra don’t counter Galan because force of will node exists sometimes. Or saying Ibom is a bad counter to doom because of debuff immune nodes.
Nimrod's armor up buffs nullifies Havok's plasma effect. Bishop is a little harder with incinerate, but the armor up buffs & energy vulnerability attack puts Nimrod ahead in the fight. Plus there's that SP2.
