একটি কোম্পানির মুনাফায় গড়ে যে প্রবৃদ্ধি থাকে, ৩-৪ বছর মেয়াদি বিনিয়োগে সে হারে মূলধনী মুনাফা ন্যায্য। তবে আস্থা ও তারল্যের সমস্যায় তা আসছে না। অন্যদিকে স্বল্পমেয়াদে স্পেকুলেটিভ মুনাফা দিচ্ছে ছোট ও দুর্বল কোম্পানির অনেক শেয়ার। বিনিয়োগকারীর উচিত হবে মূলধনের একটি অংশ কয়েক বছরের জন্য পরিকল্পনা করে কম দামে ভালো মৌলভিত্তির শেয়ার কেনা।

The floor price is simply intolerable.
We have very few number good companies listed in DSE
The floor price system has become the biggest blockade in value investment. The fundamental analysis of the stocks shows that the intrinsic value of the stock is much lower than the floor price. With the government bonds raising the yields the return demanded from these stocks will be higher which in turn should reduce the price. Unless and until the market is let to be governed by demand and supply, value investment will not rise in this country and keep people away from the stock market.
Floor price should be withdrawn immediately otherwise it will become dead market. Please discuss about floor price more and more.
