As an attacker, White Tiger does not need a buff. Her damage is extremely good. Unduped, she is not a defender. Duped, she is a capable defender.

I wish White Tiger had inflicted stagger on Heavy, but I feel like she doesn’t have much buff control.
Bullseye only has a slight nerf, but he will still be annoying if you don't have a decent counter. His SP1 will still deal a lot of chip damage. He's still a good r3 candidate
I feel like just putting a clause “on attack” maybe making his bleed damage higher or the fury lasting longer would be nice. Even being able to double it when meeting certain conditions. He only feels good on attack when his damage gets modified unless he’s punching down.
the nerf is ok, bullseye will still be top defender, disapointment is that he got nothing extra on offence

I’ve waited 3 months for this rebalace after getting bullseye from my first Titan to decide if I should rank him. It doesn’t seem like they did much but I’m not sure.
i need to know if we are done collecting nightcrawler tokens. i still just have 80. if we wont be qble to get any more i will spend them on 7* shards. but it seems weird to me. i though free to play was able to get the 7*

I wouldn't call this a nerf hes getting more of a buff lol with his charges Warlock and Archangel now cant fight him they literally only took away his bleeds when we dex basic attacks lol thats it we still takexall the damage when we block his specials lol
That was a bug fix. Also this opens up a lot more champs to use against him

As a Bullseye fan and original reader of the comic book where Bullseye kills Electra with the ace of spades, Bullseye doesn’t miss. Dexterity could be used to reduce the bleed damage from his playing cards but not completely. Bullseye only misses with Daredevil. I do not like this Scarlet Witch 12.0 nerf.
Honestly I never complain about this kind of stuff, but Bullseye deserved a bit more of a defensive nerf and White Tiger a buff, she's amazing but not enough

@@theflyingdutchguy9870 nope it didn't work before, dexing would give quake bleed damage, and it adds up quick. Either would die or come close to dying anytime I'd fight with quake

Not a big fan of nerfs. People spent money to get Bullseye his not even hard defender anymore if you have Mister Sinister and Mister Sinister signature abilities are not even working.
its needed. because they have a hard time releasing champs perfectly. its pretty much impossible to correctly predict how a champ is gonna perform in game. and if a champ is a bit too strong it can cause an imbalance in the game. its really just better to hold of on making big rank decisions on new champs untill we get this info
I wouldn’t have cared 20 minutes ago, but i absolutely solo’d bullseye with kitty in bgs, thrn I get clipped by the killer instinct and sp2 and go from bullseyes being at 7 percent and I’m at 90+ to me dying

Taking damage when you dex his attacks basic or special still seems like a terrible design to me. I'm ok with the crit/bleed through block, but not when dexing. Maybe giving him small additional furies or letting him go unblockable because "he's angry you made him miss" would've been an idea. As for White Tiger, she was the last champ I pulled from the last 6* featured so I really haven't gotten to play her much yet.

R3 Bullseye owner. He deffo needs a little tune up offensively, like if they scaled the dialled in better than would be sufficient. Yes, his damage can scale absurdly well with damage modifiers like in incursions or on super specific nodes like arms race, but it doesn’t feel like you get a payout for playing him well on attack.
Defensively I like the change but will have to see how it feels in game.
Seems a little ridiculous to me that a balance update for a character who came out 1st in the calendar year is only being applied in month 8 in August. That is way too slow of a turnaround imo. And then what happens after this date? Do they need to review it again if those same benchmarks are being met?

@@barbar1an_ bullseye came out after onslaught, and he’s definitely a better defender. That’s why they gave us an onslaught boss in SoS and we’ll never see a bullseye one

she is quite a beast. just needs a bit of practice. she is a champ that requires skill
