LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK 🙂
Hopefully you read this brother, you got back to me b4 so I have faith. Lemme ask, what do you think would be the difference in an e-mastering session from a person? Besides being cheaper and the services like landr provides. I would imagine online (even with the edit buttons) its a preprogrammed set algorithm to master. Like every track that comes through gets done the same way. As opposed to human, where they can hear this or that and make adjustments. I might have already answered my question, but in todays world of online music and streaming, it doesnt seem as necessary anymore (quality wise) to use a human. Unless you have the funding and backing and all that. At least for beginning stages of getting out there. Im from the ol skool ways...trynna learn if these new skool ways are better or just more convenient. Btw, the guy I know, charges 40 a song and its good stuff. Your thoughts sir, or anybody for that matter...
wow. to my ear they all plump up the overall sound, but i feel like all of the amazing harmonics and touch dynamics that make this specific sound so killer get, i dunno, neutered just a bit. Your intro is just sick. I would need to play with them all a lot more for sure.
To my ears emastered seemed to be the one that made the most difference. They are now workinng on a new Engine (in BETA now) that seems to sound better, but still not perfect. I was hoping Cloudbounce could do a better job, but from the demo here, I don't think it did. Emastered has shown me a greater sense of fidelity.
I remember the early 80s lot of getting up and resets sit down and start all over again but that's how we learned patients and how to listen. good stuff steve keep it going mate 👍
I am glad you put that on there it is what I am working on learning how to mix remix overdove and all that stuff thank you thank you thank you Steve God bless have a good day and a better tomorrow Jimmi D from Fairview Tennessee
That was very informative. Thank you. I was almost getting ready to pull the trigger on emastered since Positive Grid’s Ipad app is no longer working in iOS 16. Now I think Landr might be a better option.
Thanks Steve for the video. I'm just a musician writing and recording my own music purely for the enjoyment. These online mastering options are a great way to save a few bucks. For me I chose the 'Emastering' master although as you say, do I like it because it's just louder? I do think it does lift the track (which is fab by the way...killer guitar tone) and it gives it a spacial and clarity the original mix didn't have. I think I'll try the 'Emastering' option. Thanks again
Hey Steve. The biggest obstacle in my playing is… “FAST DOWN PICKING”. I’m feeling frustrated but no less determined or committed to breaking through and mastering this technique. What’s the best way to go about getting some help from you? Thanks heaps.
Your other videos I really think that you would probably do that different now but I mean it it sounds so close to spot on but I really believe you would do that different now but if I'm not saying it don't sound good but the and it sounds like the vocal sounds like you're doing the vocals so I don't understand how you sound so much like Coverdale unless you used one of those tools but if that's you in vocal then that's great I couldn't imagine how the vast difference cuz I know after several years and years you know people get better
I like how Cloudbounce sounds but I read that they automatically renew your account after a year and it and lots of people complain about how it it's impossible to get a refund

Really loved and appreciate your online mastering comparison.thanks a lot for it.
Landr sounded amazing on high and open, at least in my headphones.
I am glad you put that on there it is what I am working on learning how to mix remix overdove and all that stuff thank you thank you thank you Steve God bless have a good day and a better tomorrow Jimmi D from Fairview Tennessee
Steve I'm learning to do this on band lab have you heard of them and if you have what's your thoughts for someone learning to mix and remix

I'm using Cloudbounce. I will never send away to some dude who probably just uses these online services anyway.
😂😂😂😂

CloudBounce best one.. Thank you
Hi Arian! My pleasure!

In other words I think nowadays you would nail that song note for note all the way through that's what I mean
Cloudbounce for me
I like how Cloudbounce sounds but I read that they automatically renew your account after a year and it and lots of people complain about how it it's impossible to get a refund
@@ALGREEN5959 I have a calendar reminder to cancel after 11 months
Sounds like your already mastering an original song by Whitesnake great vocals on the cover song dude.😁👍🏻
Btw, Cloudbounce all the way 😎
Awesome! Thanks so much for your comment and feedback.
Listening to these I can’t say any of them did a good job, but cloudbounce was the closest
Great vid mate cheers! Nice tune as well dude and i don't even like metal 😉
Hi. Thanks so much for the comment and kind words. Glad you liked the video. Stay tuned for more coming soon. 🙂
Kinda spenssiiveee. Landr looks like the best tho.
You know you nice 😂😂😂
Due to UA-cam sound compression I barely noticed a difference.
