Decoding of the sacred phrase KONX OM PAX. The phrase Konx Om Pax was uttered by the Great Hierophant and was the last official phrase for the completed Eleusinian Mysteries, Konx-Om-Pax. It will mean freely translated, "may your desires be fulfilled. He returned to worldly life... Return to your father's home evolved May you return as quickly as you can to the home that awaits you". If we examine these 3 words separately, they each mean a different concept, which does not come together easily, if the esotericist does not possess desymbolization.
konx = That which each of us desires most deeply. (Always a good ending).
Om=It is the soul and perhaps this inconceivable Spirit. It is the holy part of man, the great Mother, in matter and form.
Pax = The round, the passage, the circle, the change, glory. They can all together form the justified phrase .
Others translate it as "Hear, See, be Silent"

Every time I learn that Rotting Christ has released a new song/album, I go straight to Spotify and add the song/album to my favourite playlists. There's no requirement to hear the song/album before adding it to my playlists. This is one band whose songs cannot go wrong. Every single song can be listened to over and over, and there's always a special surprise every single time.
I remember at the beginning I liked them from the start, & by non serviam I would say they're my fav "greek" band. Now I say they are one of my fav "all time" bands. Yggdrassil and pix lax dax are absolutely in the list of the best works of Sakis ever (you can add the dawn of the new age here too for self plagiarism 😆) There is also no such thing as epic metal. Epic metal is a fancy name for metal style osts, which are in fact cannot be attributed to metal music. With his signature heavy metal with black metal influence, Sakis singlehandedly created dark metal genre, and its sounding is pretty darn distinct

It’s not like I’m not criticizing him, there is a lot of self plagiarism obviously, most of the songs are not of the highest degree of originality. But you can’t deny there are several masterpieces in each of his albums. And I’m actually ok with that. It’s more of a nostalgia type of thing in you guys I think. “The real fans” used to scold for going “soft”, now when it’s not soft, you call it “commercial” music. Really?? 😂

I found y'all through "Devadevam" (certified bop), and got recommended the new album through Spotify.
Started listening to the album at "Like Father, Like Son", and I was instantly digging it. I realized I was in for a ride not long after that.
A few more songs down the road and this one comes on...incredible. I don't regret listening to a single second of these 6 minutes.
Every change of rhythm, every note, every decision is flawless, masterful, meaningful. This has got to be one of the best songs I've heard in a long time!
P.S. The key change in the last two sections, you made it feel so easy 💪🏽

"On a day in the early part of February 1940 the passengers in a bus from Athens to Corinth were witnesses to a somewhat unusual experience. The Athens newspapers reported the strange incident in the days that followed. At one of the stops a thin old woman, with large and keen eyes, entered the bus. It turned out that she had no money to pay the fare, so the driver put her off at the next stop which was Eleusis. While the old woman was waiting patiently, the driver could not get the motor started again. Some of the passengers in the meantime decided to pay her fare. The moment she entered the bus again the engine sprang to life and the bus continued on its journey. The old woman then upbraided the passengers for their slowness and selfishness and predicted very hard times ahead for the country. To the great consternation of the passengers she then vanished out of their sight."
